Privacy policy
This policy explains what information buildwithkyial.com ("the website", "I", "me") collects and how it is used. The website is run by Kyial Ibraeva, a freelance web developer.
Information you send me
When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, the type of project, your budget range, your current website if you add it, and your message. When you leave a review I receive your name, your role and company if you add them, your rating and your review text.
How I use it
- To reply to your message and discuss your project.
- To prepare a quote and, if we work together, to run the project.
- To publish your review on this website, only after you agree to it and I approve it.
I don't sell your information and I don't add you to a mailing list.
Services that process data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form messages may be delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process data only to deliver their service.
Cookies
The public website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. A single technical cookie is used only for the private admin area.
How long I keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the length of the project and normal business records. You can ask me to delete your messages or your review at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Use the contact form on the home page and I'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
